FAQ'S

1. Why should I send my employees to "Move U" for training?

PMTD, Inc. utilizes a variety of training methods to appeal to the learning senses by offering visual, auditory and experiential activities. The instructor will cover material in the training manuals with the aid of PowerPoint presentations and videos. Classrooms are structured, interactive trainings which include workbooks that provide real problem solving examples. The hands on exercises in our SME provide the opportunity to demonstrate techniques learned.

2. What's the difference between "structured classroom" training and "on the job" training?

With on the job training, job productivity takes precedence over training. Structured training provides the greatest replication of the real world work environment in a controlled setting. Classroom training offers a variety of teaching methods for each task or subject, ie. Lecture, manual, hands on exercises, video presentation, workbook exercises and class room discussion.
