ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Mr. Herrick would like to thank Dr. Charles J. Capps III, SPHR for all his guidance and direction associated with these training courses.  Dr. Capps is currently a Senior Professor at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.  He received his Doctor of Business Administration degree in Management from Louisiana Tech University, Master of Business Administration degree in Management from The University of Portland and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
